Investing in your vision is an important decision. We offer convenient payment and financing options designed to give you flexibility when choosing RLE, so you can select the option that best fits your needs and lifestyle.

All inclusive RLE price:

  • Pre-Operative appointments & measurements

  • Post-operative care for one year

  • Enhancements (such as PRK fine tuning in specific cases) and vision commitment for one year

  • Advanced diagnostic technology​

Your fees include and are paid to these specific entities:

Surgeon fees: Stahl Vision

Facility fees: Eye Laser & Surgery Center

Anesthesia services: Anesthesia Services of Greater Dayton​​

Refractive Lens Exchange is an elective procedure that is not covered by any medical insurances or Medicare. Payment is due in full at the time of your A-Scan appointment. All acceptable forms of payment are listed below.
